You can view our community guidelines via our website or in the settings page of the app.

Click the plus sign in the upper left corner to create an event or to access your events. You can also click the 3 dots on the upper left-hand corner or an event to direct message or share events.

Go to the “contact us” page under settings and leave a message requesting verification!

When downloading the app, you will be given two options: to create an account or log into an account. You can sign up via Google, Facebook, Twitter, or Apple ID. Or, you can sign up via name and phone number.

You can download videos by going to the desired video and clicking on forward (or what looks like one) arrow on the sidebar (with likes, comments, bookmarks)

The first icon on the right side of the page leads you to the music selection for the app. In order to select a sound, you can click on the square in orders to listen to the sound first, or you can simply click the name in order to select it.

If there is a sound that sticks out to you that you would like to save for a later time, you can click the star to the right.

Below the music icon, you’ll find the icon for selecting a filter.

This page is located when clicking the middle icon. Once you do, there will be an option to either create your own video or to upload one from your camera roll. There are several tools featured on this page that are used for enhancing the content creation experience.

To tag someone in a video, create your video, edit your content, and then when you have finished creating your video, you will be given an option to write a description for your post. In the description, you can write anything, including tagging other users by @[their username].

To change your Fytness name, click profile in the bottom right corner. From there click edit profile. When finished, click save changes at the bottom.

To delete a Fytness video, go to profile in the bottom right corner. Under posts, you should see your posted videos. Click on the circle with 3 dots in the top right corner of the video. You will then be given the options to either edit your post or delete your video.

When clicking the three dots on the upper left-hand corner on your profile page, a screen will pop up. There you’ll be able to control: privacy, your password, and blocked users.

To report suspicious activity, hit the three buttons on the bottom right hand side of the video and clock on report.
